How to measure the height of a heel

  1. The heel height of a shoe comes from the base of the heel to the ground
  2. This should be measured by the central part of either side
  3. The heel placket should always be excluded in the measurement.
  4. The height of the heel will vary depending on the number.

How to place an order

  1. Search the site to locate the items you want to buy. You can browse through the products by selecting one of the category tabs at the top of the page, or you can search by keyword or product name using the search box
  2. When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart
  3. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the checkout button on the shopping cart page. To get to this section, click on the shopping cart image at the top right of the page
  4. If you are a registered user, login using your email address and password for faster checkout
  5. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again
  6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total
  7. Submit the order and print a copy of the “thank you page” containing your order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout

Track an Order

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place an order, and you will receive a second email with a tracking number for your order once it ships. Use this number to verify the status of your order.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help@barcemodashop.com as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Problems with an Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Express shipping is $15 and your package will arrive in 1 business day after you place your order (must place order before 2:00 p.m. EST)

Delivery time

We process all orders within 1 business day. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. EST to start processing that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will not be processed until the following Business Day.

Standard orders take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered (2-3 business days for orders shipped to the East Coast and 4-5 business days for orders shipped to the West Coast).

Expedited orders take 1 business day to be delivered (must place order before 2:00 p.m. EST).

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Once your credit card has been authorized, your order will be processed and shipped. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that all orders are subject to verification.

We are not accountable for shipping delays due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or extraordinary circumstances that escape our control. If for any of the described reasons, your order is sent back to us through the carrier, we will immediately contact you and ship the package back. You will be responsible for any additional charges.

Shipping Zones

For now, we only ship to the Continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. We apologize but we are currently unable to ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We only ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping.
