We want you to be completely happy with your Barcemoda purchase. If a shoe size doesn't feel right or the color isn't what you expected, you can exchange the item/s within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Please note some shoe styles may feel a bit tight in the beginning, but they perfectly mold to your feet overtime both in length and in width.

How to Make an Exchange

To make an exchange, email us at returns@barcemodashop.com. Please include your name, order number, which item you want to exchange and for what. We will email you back with a product exchange slip and a shipping label. Shipping charges are on us!


RETURNS

Return Conditions

Barcemoda gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise bought online within 30 days of the original purchase. Any item/s returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with tags attached and with the original packaging. Avoid marks in the soles of shoes by testing and trying them on carpeted surfaces only.

Barcemoda reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

How to Make a Return

To make a return, email us at returns@barcemodashop.com to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will email you back with a product return slip and a shipping label. Shipping charges are on us!

Refunds

Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item and it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us at returns@barcemodashop.com.

Barcemoda customers using a third-party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Barcemoda is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping service.
